How to Order?

You can place an order through our Order Form.

 

 

Can I request for customization?

No. We would love to but due to our personal full-time work restrictions, we cannot commit to customizations. Hence, we only sell what we have already created.

 

 

Can I make Payment in Cash?

No. We only accept payment via iBanking, Bank Transfer, or Paypal. This is to avoid encountering dead buyers.

 

 

When will I received my order upon Payment?

We will mail out orders every Monday. You should be able to received within 7 working days after we mailed out the orders.

 

 

What if the item(s) I ordered is Out-Of-Stock?

If you have already made payment for items that are Out-Of-Stock at that moment, Royalce will make full refund. You can also choose to wait for restock, or another instocked item of the same value.

 

 

How long do I have to wait for restock?

It depends. Sometimes it may be lack of materials, or the delay of materials delivery. You can make reservations via sending us a message and Royalce will inform you once the item is up for grab again.

 

 

What happens if the merchandise I received is faulty?

Royalce ensures items are well-protected for delivery. If the merchandise you purchased is damaged upon delivery, we will replaced it with a new one. However, if the item is damaged due to alternative reasons. Royalce will not bear any responsibility nor make any replacement.

 

 

I got a faulty merchandise, can I have refund instead?

No refunds will be made, but you will still receive what you paid for.

 

 

I changed my mind about buying. Can I ask for refund?

There will be no refunds after payment is made. However, we do make refunds only if the item you purchased is Out-Of-Stock.

 

 

What is Preorder?

Preorder means Royalce do not actually have the items in stock. Purchasing preorder items requires your patience to wait. Usually a minimum amount of capping is needed before the order is made.

 

 

How long do I have to wait for Preorder items?

After Royalce closed and made the order, a waiting time of 14 - 30 working days is required for the items to arrive in Singapore. You will be able to check the advancement of your pre-ordered Items at our Order Status page.
